[xgws-user] Deliverying published messages in WSMG

Hi, 

We also experienced this problem. This happens when the consumer's machine
is down or the consumer is behind a firewall. If the consumer's machine is
up, but only the consumer process is down (the port is not listening), it
can fail very quick. This is due to the TCP protocol's timeout for the
attempts to reach the consumer's IP address. You can see this behavior in
your browser.

XSUL's default timeout is 3 minutes. I fixed it in the current development
version to enable it to a shorter timeout, e.g. 1 minute. I think the
version on the web do not have this option.

WSMG has a cleanup thread that check the availability of consumers
periodically (the default value is every 5 minutes) and can automatically
remove subscriptions after 3 failed attempts.  You should see "Starting
Subscription Cleaning up Thread." When you start up the broker server.

Hi,

In WS-Messenger, when some consumers crash and don't unsubscribe their
topics I get the following log. For example:

trackId_A_0: Failed after trying 188967 ms to deliver to:
http://155.54.94.122:12349

This time is very long. How can I reduce this delay time?

Moreover, I'd like WSMG could delete automatically consumers that are
down. Is it possible?
