[xgws-user] acessing Xydra after deployment

It seems that I have successfully installed Xydra but I can not access it.
I used Ant and the supplied build.xml to compile and deploy the web app. It
compiled and deployed with no errors and it appears to have been deployed to
the correct directory (C:/./tomcat/webapps/xydra). I can see that the
index.html page is located in my Tomcat/webapps/xydra directory, but I can
not access it via a web browser. I have other web apps running under tomcat
for which I can access the start page. When I review the tomcat Manager
application, it states that xydra is running.
What am I missing here?
