[SoapRMI] [ANN] XSOAP 1.2.11

hi,

an updated XSOAP 1.2.11 version is now available. new in this version:
* experimental support for WSDL
* initial implementation of connection context that can be used
between other things to allow passing and checking security credentials
such as passwords, client certificates, and GSI delegation (one-time login)
* some bug fixes (especially related to mapping between XML schema types
and Java classes and between WSDL portTypes and Java interfaces).
