Please take a look at the pre-release version of xsoap-c++ that we have.

You can download it from
http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/xgws/xsoap/

It compiles and runs on Linux and Solaris. Make sure that the sample
provided works for you. Over the weekend we plan to make the stub-compiler
also available so that you can write your examples for xsoap-c++.
