[SoapRMI] XEVENTS 0.1.1 ALPHA 3

hi,

the next version of XEVENTS is available at

    http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/xgws/xevents/

and contains following changes since last version:
* this is an updated version of XEVENTS/XMESSAGES Toolkit where (hopefully) all
APIs are now final.
* the C++ publisher agent library is now added (instructions on how to link it with
C code are also included).
* samples were revised and updated and should be easier to use

following parts are not yet available:
* java publisher agent
* java listener agent
* java generic and persistent channel (limited non generic and non persistent
channel is provided),

but we are working on making them into next release.
