[SoapRMI] empty SOAPAction header

hi,

you need to use soaprmi.soaprpc.SoapServices.getDefault().createStartpoint()
and as a last argument pass soap action string to use as null
then XSOAP will use "methodNs#methodRequestName" as SOAPAction header
(see MethodInvoker.makeMethodInvoker()).

AFAIK soap action is now more or less deprecated so i am surprised
to see that GLUE depends on it ...
