[SoapRMI] empty SOAPAction header

Hello,

I'm having trouble with GLUE interoperability and notice that the XSOAP 
package always sends an empty SOAPAction header ("").
Would it be possible to populate this with the method name?

F.E. I am calling the remote method remove(). The SOAPAction header should 
look like this, no?

SOAPAction: "remove"
