[SoapRMI] XPP3 1.0.8

hi,

this release of XPP3 contains fully integrated new MXP parsing engine
(for more details see: http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/xgws/xsoap/xpp/mxp1/)
and implements the latest XMLPULL 1.0.8 API, available for download from:

    http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/xgws/xsoap/xpp/download/

main changes since 1.0.7:
* completely new parsing engine MXP
* fixed inconsistency in handling depth of END_TAG event
* fixed reported bug in namespace handling for empty elements
* add to sources and build XMLPULL API and tests to make easier to
build XPP3 (without need ot download XMLPULL jar file)

please give it a try and report any bugs (or request improvements!).
