[SoapRMI] XPP2 stable release and beta of XPP3

hi,

final and very stable release of XPP2 (version 2.1.8) is now available:
* fixed a bug in tokenizer: it was trying always to fill buffer even though one
byte was still available - now it will use buffer to the end and then read new
chunk from Reader
* updated XPP2 implementation to compile with patched latest Xerces2.0.1 and to run
with patched and non-patched Xerces 2..1
* added build and run scripts to make easier to build and run XPP2 (finally ...)

there is also available beta version of brand new XPP3 that is implementation of
common XMLPULL API (http://www.xmlpull.org). it is stable but not yet tested enough
