Yeah, it seems to have some pretty nifty features. They say you can activate events from your cell phone from anywhere as well, like turning up your thermostat on the way home for example, so the cell phone must be able to exert control through more than just bluetooth.

I'd guess you can set the "follow me" feature to work on any bluetooth enabled device, like say a Wii-mote.

It makes me want to max out my credit card outfitting my new apartment upon getting to Ft. Wayne.

Too bad I learned my lesson about credit cards *sigh* ;-)

On the plus side, everything will be either cheaper or more powerful by the time I get around to buying it. WooHoo!

I knew I saw that feature set somewhere. One of the icons on the page is
for a home automation product ( http://plutohome.com/ ).

This incorporates MythTV and a number of other products to provide a
whole home automation product. It looks like for this particular product
they're focusing on a single box setup.

The "follow me" feature is a neat one. They use cellphone blue-tooth
relative signal strength to track the room that you are in, and when you
move from room to room it will migrate the media you are enjoying.

Cheers,
