[BLUG] BASH Time Synchronization Command?

The lack of an install process means a very noticeable problem on our workstations: TIME.
 
Without a time synch that usually happens during installation (at least that's my working theory), the workstations are left displaying incorrect times.
 
I was hoping I could add a line to my workstation setup bash script to correct for this glaring issue, but I only know how to do this visually in GNOME.
 
Any ideas?
