Make sure that you are running a recent kernel and have MPPE enabled in
the kernel. IU requires MPPE to authenticate to the VPN. PPP also has to
be installed, and recent versions (2.4.4) have MPPE support build in,
although I don't know if it is enabled by default at compile time.
